Personal Training for Agents

Internet * Marketing * MS Office

An IBA Exclusive Training Session
Live online on your home or office computer

It's been said the best way to learn is...

Hear it, see it, do it!

All of our sessions are conducted in this manner, in fact we go beyond that with our Guarantee of free tech support on the material we covered.

Here's how it works:

  1. You dial into our conference line* from a land line (preferably) - this allows you to hear the live training and ask questions

  2. Go to my meeting website and log in - this allows you to view my computer so you can watch me demonstrate how to use Outlook

  3. Throughout most training sessions I will periodically pass control of my computer to students for a hands on experience.

    All sessions are done live.

* The call to our conference line is to a (218) area code, thus a long distance charge will show on your phone bill.  If you have a long distance rate of 3.5¢ per min it would ad just $1to your bill.

Special IBA pricing of only $15 per session
(Normally $30 per session IBA Members Save 50%)

"Having the ability to be mobile was very important to me this week and the experience was like sitting down with a friend in a coffee shop and having that friend teach me the missing pieces of what I don’t know about Outlook.   I will continue to take more of Jeff’s courses for my technology training.“  Lori D. Federal Way, WA

Session 4 - Registration Open
Q & A Session

February 13, 2008
10:00am to 11:00am

This session is totally driven by the questions you have about the material we've covered in the previous three sessions.  This is your chance to ask:
  • For a quick review of a particular process
  • Answers to the handout you didn't get filled in
  • about a "recommended" setting for a feature in Outlook - I can provide some guidance based on your particular situation
  • Situational instances and how I would handle it with Outlook - i.e. "if you had to send out 75 emails to a category of clients would you do it as a group email or use the mail merge feature to send them out individually? Why?"

This is an opportunity for you to ask questions that are specific to your use of Outlook 2003, so take advantage of this.

Any one session: $15
Any two sessions:
$30
Remaining three sessions: $45

Since 1999 he's been teaching title reps, real estate agents and loan officers how to become more successful.  By the year 2000 he was teaching over 240 classes and workshops a year.

For nearly 3 years he was a featured trainer, for John L. Scott and Coldwell Banker Bain, two of the largest real estate offices in the Northwest with over 5,000 agents combined.

Jeff started doing online seminars in 2005 when he, his wife and son moved to Maui.   "I love teaching this way.  I can keep the class small and intimate so we can cover more material in a shorter period of time.  Plus you just can't beat the convenience of live online training!" Jeff
