Many agents have been told they need a "Business Plan".  But, what 95% of end up with is a Business Strategy - an outline of their business plan.

A true Business Plan will include specific details, such as:

  • What contact methods will be used to attract clients

  • How often will prospects, clients and spheres of influence be contacted

  • A timeline to ensure the contact takes place...and not put off!

  • What topic of interest will be used

  • Each contact needs to build on the previous

  • At what "relationship stage" are your prospects in

  • How do you test the level of trust you have (or don't have)

  • Are you still in a monologue or dialogue...how do you know?

A true business plan will outline all the details...not just provide an outline. 
Get specific with dates, communication topics, expected results, moving prospects into a client relationship by increasing the level of intimacy, and what are your follow up strategies.
